AirAdvance charges a fixed fee based on your unique Airbnb history and future bookings. You will know exactly how much you are paying before you accept the offer and that fee won't change throughout the repayment process.
You can get up to 50% of your future confirmed bookings advanced. AirAdvance offers advances of between R5000 and R50 000 based on your Airbnb history and confirmed future bookings.

We will direct debit your account 4 days after guests check in. It is your responsibility to ensure that there are sufficient funds in your bank account to settle your advance repayment.
In the unlikely event that you get a cancellation we will simply carry the amount owed over to your next booking or bookings until the advance has been repaid in full.
AirAdvance will take the advance back and debit your account for the agreed upon amount. However, if you have had to cancel a booking due to extenuating circumstances we will carry the amount owed over to your next booking or bookings until the advance has been repaid in full.

Yes. AirAdvance uses your Airbnb history and future bookings to assess your profile and make you an offer.
Making us a co-host lets us view your upcoming bookings so we can make you a personalised offer. It also lets us keep up to date with your bookings throughout the term of your advance. As a co-host AirAdvance can NOT access your payout or taxpayer information.
